Meet Chef Yvonne
CHEF YVONNE - Born in The Hague, the Netherlands, moved all over the world, visited 35 countries to learn their cuisine, their culture, and special foods and seasoning. After moving to New Jersey, I enrolled at the Art Institute of Philadelphia to perfecting my skills.
Now living most of the year in Tequisquiapan, Qro. due to its mild climate and awesome fresh produce, my horses, dogs, and a few great friends. Enjoying life is the main goal: cooking, spending fun time with friends and family, riding my horses, hugging my doggies....

Chef Yvonne, is also an accomplished horse woman, working side by side with her trainers to ensure that her stables are in optimal condition, safe and is hands on with the care of her horses. As Chef Yvonne welcomes you to her Rancho Maguey, she will soon make you feel at home and well trained for your riding experience. She is a caregiver by heart and is embraced by a growing Expat community of Tequisquiapan.
She treats her ranch hands and assistant cooks as her own family and you will soon know why everyone who meets Yvonne, adores her. She will most likely be on your riding experience through the countryside as she informs you on the local farms, ponds, vineyards and community happenings.
